Half of the money I’m raising is going to Lebone, an HIV/AIDS project in Bloemfontein, South Africa. Sesotho is one of the main languages spoken in Bloemfontein.

I’m gathering ‘ke’ means is, some form of be verb? How does it work in ‘ke a leboha’?

‘Ke’ is the pronoun ‘I’

Kea leboha (thank you)
Ke thabile (I’m happy)
Re thabile (We’re happy) :-)
Ke lapile (I’m hungry)
and so on
