Les Parachutes Dorés. WTF? October 9, 2008

The song is less than Alain has done in the past. But that’s not the point. The point is what he’s saying, as he talks about golden parachutes and trade unions and the economic smash-up we’re undergoing. If you wanna hear better music from Souchon, try 1, 2 and 3.
The point is also what he said today in an interview: “Un parachute doré, c’est extra. Vous merdez complètement une boite et on vous donne plein d’argent.” Or, A golden parachute is great. You fuck a company up completely, and you get a ton of money for doing so. How true!

Starts at 19:30 PM
Ntjapedi consists of four core members. This team of experienced and talented individuals has positioned itself as one of Gauteng’s Sesotho bands with a passion for the language and offers the undeserved need for the aesthetic use of the dialect. Ntjapedi would like to be one of South Africa’s most booked Sesotho band overseas because of the quality of music, and their performance is breath-taking.
